Milnes Construction, Engineering & Survey is always finding more efficient ways to work. Head Superintendent, George Milnes & Chief Surveyor, Lindy La Rue actively practice robotic high precision stake-out for job-site layouts. The robotic total station has been useful at the Lemon Township Waste Water Treatment Plant project. It has proven to accurately layout building corners of all three buildings on site, grade, varying radii of tank walls, process equipment anchor bolts, and underground piping running throughout the entire site. The robotic software is able to interface with CAD providing instantaneous locations of site features. This instrument allows a singular user to perform stake-out operations accurately and quickly.
