Additions included microfiltration, new pumps, blowers, chemical feed, non- potable reuse system, new sludge tank, and PLC instrumentation to include a SCADA system.
The new construction included added concrete tankage, a new headworks building, a new treatment building, and many site improvements. Many of the architectural building features of the adjacent nursing homes were incorporated in the design of the treatment facilities to better suit the residential location.
