Milnes Construction has worked with some of the largest manufacturers in the region on remodeling existing structures, building additions from 1,000 to over 100,000 square feet and delivering on new construction projects. As construction managers, Milnes builds a strong foundation of trust and respect with our clients.  Whether it be CM-at-Risk or CM-as-Agent, our project team works to provide the client with effective project scheduling, cost management and quality control.  We will provide a thorough constructability review and ensure the competency of all subcontractors associated with the project.
